Question 1

Do you deliver to site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We plan deliveries across North Cyprus, primarily İskele and the surrounding area, depending on vehicle availability. Transport terms depend on order size and distance — let's confirm by phone before ordering.

Question 2

Why aren't prices shown on the site?

Accepted Answer

Building material prices change frequently with raw materials and exchange rates. To avoid being misleading, we give current prices by phone: 0533 852 89 69. When you call, you get an exact, up-to-date figure.

Question 3

Are there special terms for wholesale?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer special pricing by volume for contractors, builders' merchants and high-volume projects. Send your material list and we'll quote line by line.

Question 4

Which products do you manufacture yourselves?

Accepted Answer

Blocks (10, 15, 20 cm and hollow-pot), pipes (Ø300–Ø600) and interlocking pavers, kerbs and grass pavers are produced at our own plant. Other items (steel, cement, paint, hardware, etc.) are sourced from selected brands.

Question 5

How long is production for large orders?

Accepted Answer

It depends on stock; we usually deliver standard sizes from stock. For volumes beyond stock, we build the production plan together with you and split delivery into phases.

Question 6

How is payment made?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash and bank transfer. For corporate and recurring purchases, we can discuss open-account terms.

Question 7

Will you help me calculate quantities?

Accepted Answer

We will. Tell us your wall area or site dimensions; we'll work out the number of blocks, paver square metres and mortar together.

Question 8

Is it possible to become a point of sale / dealer?

Accepted Answer

We're open to dealership talks with building-material shops in their region. Reach Erhan Şenoğlu LTD on 0533 852 89 69.

Question 9

Can I see the products in person?

Accepted Answer

Of course. At our plant at Büyükkonuk Atatürk Cad. No 27A you can inspect both our manufactured products and our sales items in person.
